Music & Lyrics by: Stephen Sondheim

June 15-24

"Tragedy tomorrow, comedy tonight!"
Broadway's greatest farce is light,
fast-paced, witty, irreverent and one
of the funniest musicals ever written
– the perfect escape from life's troubles.
“A Funny Thing Happened
On The Way To The Forum” takes
comedy back to its roots, combining
situations from time-tested, 2000-year-old comedies of Roman playwright Plautus with the infectious energy of classic vaudeville. The result is a non-stop laugh-fest in which a crafty slave (Pseudolus) struggles to win the hand of a beautiful but slow-witted courtesan (Philia) for his young master (Hero), in exchange for freedom.

The Odd Couple (Female version)

(Female Version)

by Neil Simon

Directed by Tom Ulbrich
Produced by Matt Colbert

July 6-15

Unger and Madison are at it again! Florence Ungar and Olive Madison, that is, in Neil Simon's hilarious contemporary comic classic: the female version of The Odd Couple. Instead of the poker party that begins the original version, Ms.Madison has invited the girls over for an evening of Trivial Pursuit. The Pigeon sisters have been replaced by the hilarious Constanzuela brothers. This version is even more hilarious than the original!

The world’s greatest love story takes to the streets in this landmark Broadway musical that is one of the theatre’s finest accomplishments. Shakespeare's “Romeo and Juliet” is transported to modern-day New York City, as two young idealistic lovers find themselves caught between warring street gangs, the “American” Jets and the Puerto Rican Sharks. Their struggle to survive in a world of hate, violence and prejudice is one of the most innovative, heart-wrenching and relevant musical dramas of our time.
